Praxis Care supports individuals with mental ill health, autism, learning disabilities and dementia; providing innovative, professional, high quality support services to people across the spectrum of need and particularly at the higher level of complexity.

We support over 1,500 adults and children in over 80 different locations and have a particular expertise in working with the most complex needs, where individuals face unique challenges to community living. We are growing in response to the high demand for our services and aim to expand to support 3000 individuals by 2025.
