Dunhill Multi Education Centre

Dunhill Multi-Education Centre is a community owned education, training & conference centre in east County Waterford. The Centre has developed a panel of tutors available to deliver training on a part-time and short-term contract basis as part of our Contract for the Provision of Agricultural Education and Training in Teagasc locations nationwide.

Training is for Full-time, Part-time and Distance Education Students at QQI Levels 5, 6, 7. Our tutors cover a range of subjects including the following in horticulture: Plant Protection, Plant Science, Soil Science & Growing Media, Ecology & the Environment, Market Gardening, Fruit & Veg Production, Landscape Construction & Maintenance

Trainers qualified in fields from Agriculture (technical & business tutors), Equine, Horticulture, Accounting, Business and Softskills are invited to apply for inclusion on the panel.

Tutors should hold a technical qualification in their chosen field and a pedagogical (training) qualification is desirable.  Tutors must hold a minimum level 8 degree in order to be eligible for lecturing opportunities.  Practical instructors must be qualified to a minimum of level 6 in their technical area.
