Fermoy Woodland Nurseries is a family run business based in Fermoy, North Cork. Established in 1987 we changed to a company in 2002.

We specialise in production of tree and hedge transplants from seed and cuttings. Approximately one million transplants are grown per annum in a 2-3 year cycle.

Our customers include forestry companies, nurseries, county councils, estate owners, landscapers, farmers and the general public. We also produce a range of native and ornamental trees 3-4 meter high for the retail customer.

Much of the work is carried out using specialised equipment. There is also a considerable amount of manual work required in this system of production.
