Business Development Manager
A client of ours based in Cork has an exceptional offer for a suitable candidate to come on board a well-established Horticultural business as the business development manager. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person. This person will take the business to the next level and lead the development of the business into the future. Mentoring and support will be available as the candidate grows into the role in the initial stages. An enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, business minded person is required to grow the existing business and lead the team. This role will be a permanent, long-term role with great opportunity to grow your career along with the business. The opportunity to buy in to the business is also an option.

Requirements
- To be located in Cork, or be willing to relocate to Cork, at least in the initial period.
- Have a strong ability at Business development and sales.
- Strong marketing interest and ability to develop the brand.
- Good customer service, people skills and communication ability
- Good organisational and management skills
- An interest in Horticulture would be an advantage.
- A track record in sales, business, and marketing
