Gardeners Required – Private Estate Galway – Start ASAP – Full time – Salary DOE
We are currently recruiting for active & motivated Gardeners to join a friendly team in a stunning historic property in South Galway.
The Estate consists of formal gardens, and 2 and a half acre-walled garden including glasshouses.
The candidates will be responsible for maintaining the gardens to the current standard. Candidates will liaise with the owners to identify issues in advance of the upcoming seasonal requirements, with the opportunity to put their own stamp on the Gardens.
Successful applicants must have gardening and horticultural knowledge. The ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative is essential as well as developing good working relationships with the existing staff.
There is a lot of scope for creativity in this position! The owners are looking for a long-term commitment. The ideal candidates will have a positive disposition & take great pride in their work.
