Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available – Waterford

Easter Island Garden Centre Ltd is an established, family-run, and independent garden centre, renowned for its high-quality plants, strong horticultural standards, and exceptional customer service.

We are currently recruiting for full-time and part-time positions at our Waterford Garden Centre. (Part-time roles may suit experienced candidates seeking 2–3 days per week.)

Nursery / Horticultural Worker (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Role Overview

• Plant production, maintenance, and care
• Nursery operations, including potting, pruning, watering, propagation, take-away preparation, and general upkeep
• Supporting seasonal workloads in a working plant nursery

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience working in a plant nursery or horticultural setting
• Practical knowledge of plants and growing conditions
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 1 year’s experience working in a garden centre in Ireland
• Strong plant knowledge and customer-facing experience
• Physically fit and comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, motivated, and hands-on approach
