About the Role
Derek Breslin Gardens is seeking a motivated and hardworking Landscape Construction Employee to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work on high-end residential landscape projects, helping deliver premium outdoor spaces from concept to completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for landscaping, construction, and outdoor work who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with all aspects of landscape construction
- Installation of paving, porcelain, natural stone, and decking
- Building raised beds, retaining walls, and garden structures
- Fence and timber screening installation
- Ground preparation, drainage, and setting out works
- Planting trees, shrubs, hedging, and lawns
- Operating hand tools and small machinery safely
- Maintaining clean and organised work sites
- Working effectively as part of a team to deliver projects on time
Requirements
- Previous landscaping or construction experience preferred
- Full clean driving licence desirable
- Good work ethic and positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
